Pink Peace

My "ears" for church or the shooting range. Keeps my ears from being blown out. I know, you don't normally wear hearing protection at church, but our bass guitar and drums are pretty loud, so if I want to hear the keyboard coming through my earphones, then I have to block out the rest of music.

Hmm. I understand the shooting range. But what about all the children? They don't need that volume either.

@randystreat There aren't many children in our services. They have their own service with their own teenage worship band.

@randystreat Plus, I'm up on the stage beside the bass player. It's not that bad in the congregation.

@homeschoolmom I'm glad to hear that. I attended a funeral today and the the organist was cranking out the postlude (he's quite accomplished) and I wondered after I made this comment what the dB level was in the chancel underneath half the pipes and across from the other half. I think I killed my hearing listening to rock and roll in the car!
