"Does she or Doesn't she?" Is it too obvious?
I took this photo with my phone, and it was kinda washed out...so I took this opportunity to play around with the effects in "Creative Kit (Picasa)." This one is "Vibrant" + "Orton-ish"...but with a light hand, or maybe not light enough?
