My March Challenge: Streets (#1 Home)

New month=change of subject. Last month was all snow; this month will be all streets (lanes, dirt paths, and sidewalks.) Since I will be traveling more this month, I thought it a good time to move from close-ups to bigger views of the world. This is going to be hard for me, since I live in a small city where the streets are full of cars, utility posts--lots of utility posts-- and garbage bins, and so is not often "picturesque." I've been working this year to disguise much of my world, trying to make it look better than it does in real life; but this time I'll be working to record what "our streets" really are like...even if it isn't 'pretty.'

When the city comes to plow the snow, they go around any parked cars, leaving the owners to dig out. That extra snow remains for days.
