Street #16: The "Arcade"

I think the only such street in town, this covered but open air "arcade"--actually, a gallery of shops connecting two regular streets-- was built around 1915. It's still busy, filled mostly with boutiques, but also antiques, computer repair, a barber shop and a travel agency.
