Street #28: State Road-Coming Into Town

There are only a few places in town where you can glimpse the downtown off in the distance. I've been trying to get a shot for a while. This still isn't quite what I wanted, but since the month is almost done (and we are going out of town) I decided to post what I had.

Nice shot. Looks like you were standing in the middle of the road. Hope you didn't risk life and limb to get the picture!

Nice shot, but I am not quite sure what your subject is. Were you standing, or were you closer to the ground? If you could have been right on the ground, I know in the middle of the road, the yellow lines would have been so much stronger as leading lines or as the subject itslef. They might have lead the eye directly to the building complex in the distance. Good shooting!

@frankhymus @danielwsc I agree that it would have been better if I had been over a little farther...but I was working too fast. The middle of road isn't a great place to be standing.
