My favorite favorite favorite soup! :) Years ago, I went to weekly meetings on Mondays at a place that served soup. After a couple of months, I said something about Mondays' specials must always be Split Pea. She smiled and said, we notice how much you like it and you come every Monday. Ah, to live in a small town again . . .
