I used the on-camera flash with with the tin lid to bounce light off the cabinets to stop motion on the knife. Then I had to color correct...but still no harsh shadows. (He's chopping herbs to make some seasoned butter...we love it on top of fresh baked bread.)
No longer middle aged, and no longer taking pictures every day....but cannot quit yet.
