Snow: Coming and Going

More snow today, and every was leaving tracks in the lot and slush inside in the hallways!

(Does anyone have suggestions on how to get the snow "whiter" without losing all the detail? This was taken in evening instead of bright sunshine, but is there a way to get more "range" in the whites?)

@gijsje It's the parking lot at work. Several people come and go during the day, and it was snowing that afternoon.

I was told to set the white balance on cloudy day. You really do find something interesting everyday,

I use GIMP. The two ways I would try to do that would be to play around with the contrast and brightness, or to sharpen the image and then adjust the lighting levels.
