Crust of Bread

Lots of bread over the holidays, not quite as much wine. This bread was made a mix of traditional and Khorasan wheat, which bakes up quite differently than our usual flour. About khorasan wheat, Wikipedia quotes, "This grain is twice the size of modern-day wheat and is known for its rich, nutty flavor." I had to order some through the mail from Montana in the US.
I've not heard of it before, but the bread it makes looks interesting. The picture makes me want to give it a try.

Creative subject, my first impression was pork rind. Neat capture.
