It was a perfect day to be outside, so we spent the whole day at Magee Marsh Wildlife Area looking at the birds. This area is about an hour south of us, and the flowers and trees are just that much farther "along."
Although the warblers are not there in force yet, we did get to see a saw-whet owl, several eagles, and a partial-albino(!) rusty blackbird. Fifty-one species for the day. No other pictures, unfortunately, except this quick cell-phone shot to commemorate the lovely day.
No longer middle aged, and no longer taking pictures every day....but cannot quit yet.
