Filler from a couple of days ago, when we were driving to Ohio to do some "birding." This is the "Skyway" bridge across the Maumee River, and it has an interesting "cable-stay" structure. (You are looking at the front half of the cables here; there is a matching set behind the post.) The center post ("pylon") lights up at night, apparently...though I've not seen it.
No longer middle aged, and no longer taking pictures every day....but cannot quit yet.
