After a devastating news and bloody day, here comes Maria Venus Raj making Filipinos proud for being the 4th place in Miss Universe 2010 in Las Vegas.
It was a major victory for her and the entire Philippines after 10 years of waiting to get spot in the pageant. A major victory for her, as her title as Miss Philippines Universe was taken from her due to citizenship issue. But this girl stood up, proved that she is a true Filipino, and made us proud on the stage wearing the name Philippines. She may not won the title, but it was a good fight and indeed, a major major victory.
hahahhahahaha.... i agree, it was a major accomplishment for her already..... i did see the video of the question/answer part.... and i also believed she could have gone all the way if that came out better.... still Proud Of Her -- as all Filipinos should be!!!
