Masskara Festival is week long festival held each year in the City of Smiles, Bacolod every third week of October nearest to October 19, the City's Charter Day. Masskara means a multitude of smiling face.
The festival features street dance competition where the dancers wear a colorful mask dancing to latin beat music.
