Queenierich Rehman was crowned as Miss World Philippines 2012 held at Manila Hotel Tent on June 24, 2012. She will represent Philippines in Miss World 2012 to be held this August in Ordos, Inner Mongolia. The event was hosted by Edu Manzano and Miss World 2nd Princess 1993, Ruffa Gutierrez. The runners Up are Mary Ann Ross Misa - 1st RU, Vanessa Amman - 2nd RU, April Love Jordan - 3rd RU and Brenna Gamboa - 4th RU.
