The Beach at Kampung Sungai Muda....it was along this stretch of beach on the 26 December 2004 that a 6mtr high wall of water hit this part or the peninsular hardest after an 8.9 earthquake off Sumatra started a Tsunami, Destroyed 10 Kampungs in the Kuala Muda district
