Interesting processing. Looks like it’s sketched or painted. I use something similar sometimes. I’d be interested to know what influenced your decision to use that for this image.
@mcsiegle I have to be honest..the photo didn't live up to expectation and rather than just deleting I experimented with some photoshop tools I'd not used before and this is how it turned out !
