My father made this Chinese Checker board in the early 1930s for my brothers who were born in 1926 and 1927. I played with this board in the 1950s and 60s. Amazed that all the marbles were still in the box. It has a regular draught board on the reverse side. Still have those wooden checkers.
What a special thing to have. We had a metal version of this when I was growing up but I think we played Monopoly, Clue and Life more often. Precious memory and keepsake!
