bleached trees, colour version by ingrid2101

bleached trees, colour version

Trying to get my photography sketchbook up to date as we hang our work for the end of year exhibition on Thursday. Although this isn't part of the work it's going in the sketchbook as experimental work. Any peelapart film I use I tend to keep the backs, Just recently I saw a video on bleaching them and the gungy black backing comes off and leaves you with a rather messy negative. I'm keen to contact print these however I have no time at the moment so I thought I'd try and scan them. I have inverted this in Photoshop and adjusted the levels as I don't have a scanner for 5x4 negs. Kind of strange effect and they are trees . Thank you for continuing to comment even though I've been lousy recently, it's very much appreciated

I like the effect and the way you think so deeply about what you are doing. I'd love to see the result of developing these.

I like the effect of the orange and the trees - a bit like a messy Pienkowski!
