st Peters Pool

Good Grief, a photo I took today and posted today. I know I have a few blanks but I was so pleased that I fulfilled the ethos of this project. I know it's my rules ....
Out a drive in the afternoon with my daughter and stopped at this beach just below the house my one set of grandparents had. Great memories of cockle picking here as a child. It's probably why I don't like them from jars - definately have to be fresh. This is also an excellent place to catch "spoots". I fall about laughing when I hear them being referred to as Razor Clams and sold for ridiculous amounts of money. This is the Zero Image 5x4 camera - I finished off the b&w film that was in there but they are overexposed - too fast for the hand operations. Ironically this is underexposed - 3 seconds and I still could have done with longer to get more detail in the shadows
Beautiful light and colours.

I love the color and softness, also an element of mystery in the darkness.

Wonderful colours here, b&w film? lovely moody shot. Fav.And love your comments too, can't say shell fish appeal at all, but if you're brought up with them I expect it's very different.

@denidouble - sorry I've confused you, the film is in a pack of 10- there was 2 of the b&w left which were overexposed then I put a pack of colour in! I'd have liked this in b&w but it's a faster film and you manually open the lens with a little lever- very basic. I just opened it for too long :( thank you Deni :)
