Definately going back with film and a tripod. My sister is home from New Zealand for a week so hopefully I'll be posting still but spending time with her will take precedence so excuse me if i don't comment - we only get to see each other every few years and this is the first time she's been back without her children - will take her out on boring photo trips :)
This is the bedroom upstairs, I spoke to a friend who knew the owner. It was a hostel for many years, but very basic and worked on an honesty box kind of way- I think he said it cost £4 a night to stay. This would have been in the 80's which doesn't seem that long ago.

I think your abandoned stuff is soooo interesting. There is a more personal feeling to it then anything I've seen relating to this genre. It is a bit creepy, and sad at the same time.
