I have increased the contrast slightly on this, I don't know why I feel the need to justify doing something to film when I do do tons to any iphone. anyway,,, I though I'd try a bit of ICM with film and not sure. Think it needs a slightly longer exposure than normal as the neg came out really skinny, covered in dust and despite cleaning the scanner - spotless and blowing the neg strip ther's loads of dust - which I get a lot more with skinny negs. that's me caught up with uploading, will try and catch up with everyones work after I get tea organised - booo, anyone fancy coming and being my private chef??
didn't think so
So dreamy. I have the same problem. My last roll I didn't try to re move dust and had less than when I do. I use Lr and remove it. I guess Its kind of a cheat, But it works. And I edit my film too. Hey its art=P
I edited my film in the darkroom way back when..editing in LR or PS is no different. i have to ask...what is ICM? I love the colors and the whole abstract feel to this.
There's nothing wrong with tweaking contrast, etc. as Ansel Adams said "The negative is the score. The print is the performance.", so I feel justified in doing all manner of tweaking to my photos.
