The moon was really clear this afternoon as the sun was setting so I decided to get the tripod set up to see if I could capture it in a photo.
I always thought this was a half moon but when I checked the phases of the moon it's actually the first quarter.
I'm enjoying these lovely clear, sunny days even though it's cold. Had to spend most of the day inside today but it was good to see a lovely sunrise, sunset and this view of the moon!
