See if you can spot the two cyclists on the path whizzing back down the hill.
We met these guys going up the rocky path on the other side of the hill, carrying their mountain bikes. I was amazed by their strength, it takes enough effort to get myself to the top of the hill, never mind a bike as well. We sat here at the top of the hill and had our lunch looking at this view.
We walked back on High Street which is an old Roman road along the ridges of the Eastern hills of the Lake District, such a beautiful day so we took our time and made the most of it.
