We went for a walk this morning along Marine Drive which runs along the east coast of the Isle of Man from Douglas to Port Soderick. After a couple of landslides it's no longer open for cars to drive all the way along it but I think it's better to walk to make the most of the lovely view.
The wild flowers on the island are just beautiful at this time of year, lots of photos so it's been quite hard to choose the photo for today!
Still not much internet time, how will I ever catch up?
Oh...that brings back some old memories. Always used to go to the TT, ex-hubby was a mechanic with a sidecar racing team in the late 70's early 80's....we used to go all over the Island on the bikes......say hello to the Fairys for me
@cutekitty we saw a couple of practises for the TT while we were there, my mum and dad live at the bottom of Bray Hill so it's a good place to see them. I grew up there with the bikes whizzing past our house but they go so much faster these days, it's scary (or maybe I'm just getting old!)
