A bit of TLC

I thought it was weird that the carousel was going around without anyone on it, then I noticed a guy on the ladder fixing the lights that had gone out.

With a little bit of help from the other guy he found the ones that needed replacing, then the carousel would start up again and go around until they found more to fix, and of course the guy on the ladder didn't have to move.

Quite fascinating to watch!
