It's that time of year again. There's never any problem with entertainment from all the musicians who work for the company who are happy to come along to the staff party, great for those of us who love to just sit and listen :)
@taffy I've been so busy recently I haven't tested it thoroughly but so far it's gone beyond my expectations. I've just been to London, no problem carrying it around so was able to get quite a few hand held night-time shots. The kit lens is ok but I do need to try it with some of my other lenses and compare the results to the D810. I've not had any technical issues with it at all (fingers crossed it stays this way). Only slight annoyance was not being able to import the RAW files to Lightroom so it was a faff to convert them but that's been resolved now. Let me know if you've got any other questions before you make your decision!
@inthecloud5 Thanks - perfect timing. I've been watching videos and reviews and have decided to switch from the Z7 to the Z6. I'm so discouraged with the problems with the Z7, but absolutely loved how it felt and the quality of the images, that I still want to stay with a Nikon mirrorless. I'm hoping that the exchange will happen quickly so I can start practicing with it next week. Thanks for getting back to me! I
