needed a change of scene so drove a few miles from home for a walk along the river. Normally a quiet place but plenty of people here today, we took our time and waited for the crowds to disappear and enjoyed the sights and sounds of nature for a while.
I don't think I've had such a close and clear view of a reed bunting before, it was belting out its song as we sat and watched it, just me and the dog. Great therapy!
