I made the husband pull over last night so I could grab a quick shot of the sunset with my cell phone.
I did not say, "Pull over and go two miles down that narrow dirt road that has creeks on either side at any given point so that we can run into a deep, unpassable ditch. Because, it would be awesome to go in reverse over the same 2 miles, nearly killing us, and back over the railroad tracks, bending the exhaust on your car doing so. And then, after we hear the spine tingling crunch and screech of the bottom of your car acrossed the tracks, it would be really awesome for you to yell, "Get out!! There's too much weight!!" And then I could stand there with two of our daughters while we watch you back over the railroad tracks before we climb back in and drive home."
No, I did not say that. All I said was, "Oooo! Pull over!"
Isn't it amazing 'what' they hear. Oh but this is a beautiful picture and I do hope it doesn't bring bad memories but rather chuckles when you look at it in the future
