It snowed last night and is gloomy today. Excellent conditions for a good movie which made me think of this photo. I also thought it would be perfect to celebrate a Throw Back Thursday. My kids and a friend were off to see the premiere of the last Harry Potter movie. They were dressed as different characters from the story and the event was huge for them. As they were leaving, I made them stop and pose while hanging out of the windows. They were excited to get going and were less than thrilled that I was keeping them. Days later, I presented them each with this poster I'd made and had printed for them. The sky (in the middle of a lightning storm) and the street are real. I created the rest (and added in "Snape", who is actually my oldest son, lurking in the night... the details read on the license plat read "Nimbus 2011" and the registration tags read "9" and "3/4" ). They were happy to have proof of their magical night.
