We've been seeing a huge amount of Turkey Vultures perched around Lake Estes, early in the mornings, lately. This one was fairly high up, and I was using my 2x tele converter so it's not super quality, but it gave me enough distance to catch a nice profile shot when he paused while preening. And preening, he needed as I am fairly certain that, in Turkey vulture culture, they poop on each other.
