My D7100 would definitely be the better choice because I can use the Better Beamer on the Speedlite. However, I have neighbors who might not appreciate so early in the morning. So, I've continued to enjoy the convenience of the P900 whole testing it's capabilities. There pros still outweigh the cons and it serves it's purpose.
