Unemployed older lady, lived in for work for over 30 years in various posts. Last post 19 years till they decided I was no longer required. Only lived out in the real world for just over two years. No one willing to give me a chance in a new role. And we have lived through some weird times and I am in a vulnerable group. Hopefully things will improve soon.
