OK, I’m back from my in-home-on-Zoom silent meditation retreat. It was heavenly. I stretched some, listened to googoo music on Insight Timer, and sat in silence with some very kind, broken-hearted seekers like myself. We were strongly encouraged not to be on our devices, but since my device IS my camera, I took some liberties. This shot was one.
