@squaresparrow He's a Burra Bear from Shetland. I actually bought this one for my mum and now he's come back to me. My mum, being the way she was, loved Mansie so much that she ordered a special bear for me from the same Company - mine is called 'Peerie Lily' and is named after my grandmother. She's a blue fair-isle bear. I will no doubt post a photo some time of her - she resides in Ballater with Mansie!
@jamibann This is a completely new concept to me - they're such a lovely idea. I'd come across the word "peerie" only last week as a friend's newborn baby was wearing a t-shirt from Shetland with that word on it! Small world...
