This always intrigues me ... it marks the name of the street. But, I wonder if there was more to it than that in the past. Anyway, I like it because it tells me I'm nearly home! I'm posting ahead of schedule as I'm off to San Antonio this afternoon for a two-day bike ride without the camera. I-phone will be at the ready though.
