Ixora after the rain

I thought it was time for a bit of colour on my project! After a big thunderstorm during the night, the sun came out. Everything looked so fresh, clean and bright.

Ooh not long now then! Our son flies in on 16th assuming all goes well at the US embassy tomorrow! He's getting quite excited about it now and we're looking forward to visiting him for a while and then going on to other places - yet to be decided!!

@paulaw Oh, how funny. We leave as he arrives. New Orleans is good to visit from Houston - nice and close and very different. You can drive or fly. Austin and San Antonio are also easily drivable from Houston and very different too. You'll have a great trip, I bet! Hope all goes well at the Embassy!
