Foire de Chatou

A shot taken from yesterday's Foire at Chatou. It's a a treasure trove of goodies, but it's not cheap. All we bought was wine!

@randystreat It's extremely civilised Kathy. It comes around twice a year, and lasts for 10 days. One of the things I love is watching the stall holders around lunchtime. They set out tables and chairs, and eat a proper meal, usually accompanied by a glass/bottle of wine. Not for them fast food of any sort! It's brilliant. Wish I'd had the guts to photograph some of them lunching. These two were just finished, and I felt 'hidden' behind to roulette wheel, so 'dared' to capture them.

@jamibann Sometimes I'll put the camera on the LCD monitor and hold it close to my waist and take shots. I feel it's a little less obvious than if I actually hold the camera up to my eye.
