Feather Art

I took this photo last week after finding a pigeon's feather in the garden. I placed it on a granite surface and sprayed it with water. I loved the way the droplets stuck to the central core of the feather.

Ooo! All sorts of sparkle and shine! Those center droplets are just the coolest, all lined up in an orderly fashion along the feather's shaft. You've made a drab grey pigeon feather very beautiful.
