Good Marketing

So, you walk into the jeweller's shop to get a new battery for your hubby's watch, and you walk out with a new battery and a new strap! I mean how could I have allowed him to go around with such an old and tatty watch strap?! Good marketing ploy, I'd say. 110 euros, ching ching!
