Le Baiser

Yesterday I went to see the newly refurbished Rodin Museum. It's a little oasis of sculpture in the centre of Paris. This is probably the best known of his work.

Sounds like a great place to visit. We have a very small museum where I live but it doesn't have anything interesting to photograph. It's mostly prints of old photographs and the lighting inside is awful!

I think the Rodin museum was one of the first I'd ever seen dedicated to an individual artist and it was formative in my love of art museums. Lovely to see this -- and what a powerful image!
