On Wednesday, my friend and I went to the top of the Grande Arche to catch the sunset prior to the Rolling Stones concert. These people were looking down upon the U Arena, the venue for the concert. It was a fantastic sunset, and the rooftop was almost deserted. We felt very lucky.
@parisouailleurs Oh, yes you do! The rooftop re-opened fairly recently. I've been up twice since, once first thing in the morning and also last thing at night. On both occasions it was very quiet. Great views down to the Arc de Triomphe and over La Defense, as well as the new U Arena behind. Worth the effort. :-)
