Rainy Reflections

Another day. Another rugby match! This time Stade Français vs Bordeaux, at the Stade Jean Bouin. SF won, but not easily - it was a great match.

And so the year comes to an end, our son goes back to the UK, and we continue to pack up - moving out of this house on 6th January.

A new year and a new era beckons. See you next year folks!
great shot!

Interesting pattern. Is it a roof or is it the cladding on the stadium?
I don't envy you having to pack up and move. I hope everything goes smoothly.

Neat building. Will you be moving to a new city?

@blueberry1222 Yes and no! We’ve sold our house in the suburbs of Paris and are moving to the 16th arondissement of Paris for 6 months prior to moving back to our home village in Scotland next summer.

@salza it’s the cladding on the stadium, but it also forms part of the roof.

Interesting patterns on the roof. I like the perspective of how tall the stadium is compared to the people. The pops of red and yellow and blue keep pulling my eyes back down to the people, but I'm fascinated with the design of the roof.
