Taken from the Hotel Les Arolles in Méribel-Mottaret in the French Alps, looking down onto the outside part of the restaurant, L'Hermine, yesterday morning. I was looking forward to meeting my son and spending some quality time with him. :-) He boarded over from Val Thorens to meet me in Méribel with all his kit, including spare snow board. Quite tricky, but do-able - and much cheaper than taking a taxi and going round by the road.
