Leave No Museum Unvisited

I met a friend yesterday for 'lunch and a museum'. 3 museums and 15 km later, I got home! She's worse than me! We started at the Musée Jacquemart-André where we saw the Mary Cassatt exhibition, then we walked across the river and went to see the Zadkine Sculpture Museum ... and as we were close by, we finished the day by visiting the Musée du Luxembourg where there was a Tintoret exhibition. All very different, and all very interesting. A sensory overload however! I liked this exhibit in the Zadkine Museum.

A restful day is on the cards today!
interesting sculpture. I like how you positioned it with space around to breath. And the tones are beautiful!

Something very Picasso about this in style. I like the almost pencil drawing quality of the processing.

You might have been in sensory overload but you gave us a calm, artistic photo.

Like Casablanca, I thought Picasso immediately. Outstanding photo! Three museums in one day does sound exhausting but as you say, they were all very different & interesting and I'm sure you're happy to have experienced them all. :-)

A great day! And a wonderful composition with this using white on white to emphasize the abstract being. Definitely feels Picasso-esque to me. Sounds like my walk down Central Park, stopping in at three museums on the way (dual benefit -- interesting exhibitions, plus cool and a place to get something to drink).
