Craigendarroch by jamibann

Craigendarroch

Taken with my phone whilst out for a jog on Sunday morning. I used it as an excuse to take a breather. I have run regularly for years, but my running days are now numbered, I fear. Too many ongoing issues with hip, hamstring and back. I hate to give in though, so I still plod on. This was an 8km run from the village, partly on the old railway track and around by the road that by-passes the village. The hill you see in the distance in this photograph is Craigendarroch, or, Hill of the Oaks.
Looks like a lovely day for it!

A beautiful place to take a break. Don't over do. I think that is the key.

I have never been able to run. I content myself with hiking. Hope you can still enjoy that ifnot running. Nice scene

Lovely scene and lovely colors - I use to jog, but I'm happy with walking at a decent pace now. My knees and hips are much happier.
