The banyans are a favourite! I grew up hiding in them as a child in Hawaii, and remembering those good times always makes me smile! So glad you have an opportunity to experience them, too!
Incredible root system. Banyan trees are so intriguing and difficult to photograph. The closeup of the roots really works to convey their size and complexity.
