Bressay

The day after the Festival we took the ferry over to the island of Bressay and walked up the Ward O' Bressay and over to the lighthouse. We were lucky to see these seals taking in some winter sun at the marina.

I'm so glad you mentioned the seals or I think I would've missed them! I was too busy studying the red boats in among all the others. How cool to have the seals in the shot as well.

@lyndemc Denise, I have to be honest - I did exactly that when taking the pictures. I was focusing on the boats and the reflection and the Lerwick backdrop when I heard hubby saying 'I presume you've seen the seals ...'. I hadn't! They were well hidden amongst the rocks!
