Well, we're back in Scotland and the first thing I noticed is how everything has changed in 10 days. Little lambs are gambolling in the fields and everything is yellow and springlike. What a lovely return home.
The above too has helped me to avoid the post-holiday blues ... an invitation to a friend's son's wedding in NYC on 1 June. We've known about it for a while and our flights are already booked, but now we have the official invitation, it's becoming very real.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll get out and capture some of our Scottish Spring.
