Another shot from Wednesday's walk - the last one. I loved the blue layers of the mountains in the distance as I looked back to where we'd come from.
Off to make something out of nothing today and tomorrow on a 'Pretty Rubbish' art workshop. The idea is to use old and broken crockery to make an image. Let's see how I get on with that. I'm sure I'll get a photo of something. Let's hope it's worth sharing!
I always enjoy the way mountains stack up, getting paler and paler the further away they are. You know they are really substantial things but they look so ephemeral this way.
PS we are having a haggis with neeps and tatties and single malt tonight and listening to Ode to the Haggis and other such classics and the merry sound of bagpipes on the CD while we do! Have a good night.
