The Mackerel are in!

Hubby had a call from a friend in Aberdeen to say that the mackerel were in, so off they went yesterday to see what success they might have. 7 mackerel came home to us. So, 5 are frozen and two are for tonight's supper - barbecued we think.

We get fresh water mackerel in the Delaware River. Apparently it's quite the thing to see when they're spawning! Enjoy your dinner!
